YOGA
As a yogi and teacher I aim to work with nature by using the elements. In my Vinyasa, embodied & somatics, flow or restorative classes, retreats and workshops I’m inspiring you to embody your most natural way of being. Through movement, breathwork and meditation nurtured by the alchemical 4 elements: Water, earth, fire and air.
It's all about finding what feels good at your own pace. Facing the discomfort and re-connect to yourself and what matters.
I also use the principles of Tantric yoga (Non-dual Shavism technic), that helps us to unlearn the conditioning we’ve faced all our life. In the West, we are taught at a very young age to fall in line.
We are taught to color within the lines. Traditional tantra yoga helps us access the strength within us to follow our own paths.
